“Yeah, these option tires really were no different than the harder prime tires; they just didn’t wear out over the course of a 90-lap run. In the first half of tonight’s race, there were five drivers on those option tires; the prime tires never kicked in, never became faster like the option tires are supposed to fire off quicker.
