Carson Hocevar 2024 NASCAR Campaign: Zeigler Auto Group revealed on Monday (December 11) their partnership agreement with Spire Motorsports and Carson Hocevar as the primary sponsor for selected races during the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series.
This confirmation came during a press conference held at the Zeigler Motorsports campus in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Having been involved with NASCAR for four years, Zeigler Auto Group has notably served as a primary sponsor for Josh Bilicki across Cup and Xfinity Series, collaborating with Live Fast Motorsports, Spire Motorsports, and DGM Racing. They also collaborated with Landon Cassill and Spire Motorsports during events at Bristol Motor Speedway and Homestead-Miami Speedway in 2022.
In a statement, Aaron Zeigler, the owner of Zeigler Auto Group, stated, “Today marks another significant day in our organization’s history. Over the past four years, we’ve been immersed in NASCAR, and this year, we sought out a team and a driver who shares our fervor for winning. In 2024, we’re stepping in as one of the primary sponsors for the No. 77 Spire team.”
Zeigler will co-feature as the primary sponsor for Carson Hocevar’s #77 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 during the opening Daytona 500 race on February 18, followed by taking the lead sponsorship in eight additional events during his rookie season.
The black and yellow paint scheme will make appearances at Talladega Superspeedway (April 21), Charlotte Motor Speedway (May 26), World Wide Technology Raceway (June 2), Nashville Superspeedway (June 30), the Chicago Street Course (July 7), Indianapolis Motor Speedway (July 21), Michigan International Speedway (August 18), and Homestead-Miami Speedway (October 27).
Hocevar expressed his excitement, stating, “Partnering with Zeigler Auto Group and representing my hometown in 2024 is incredibly thrilling. It’s a dream come true for a kid from Michigan to receive support and sponsorship from a company in Kalamazoo.”
He added, “I grew up in Portage, just a few miles south of Zeigler’s headquarters, so this partnership holds personal significance. I’m immensely grateful to Aaron Zeigler for this opportunity and for believing in me. We’re committed to making everyone from Zeigler proud.”
