Richard Childress Racing and Morgan & Morgan NASCAR partnership renewed; Kyle Busch debuts new look at Darlington

Richard Childress Racing announced on Tuesday the renewal of its multi-year, multi-race partnership with Morgan & Morgan, the largest injury law firm in America. This collaboration, which began in 2023, will continue to strengthen RCR’s presence in the NASCAR Cup Series, as both organizations reaffirm their shared commitment to excellence and community values. NASCAR champion Kyle Busch is set to debut Morgan & Morgan’s striking yellow branding at Darlington Raceway on August 31, marking a significant moment in the ongoing partnership.

Since joining forces last year, Morgan & Morgan became the first law firm to align its brand with a NASCAR team at the sport’s highest national level, reflecting a bold step for both the legal and racing worlds. The partnership’s renewal demonstrates the successful synergy between Richard Childress Racing and Morgan & Morgan, building on their shared goals and community focus.

Dan Morgan, Managing Partner of Morgan & Morgan, expressed his enthusiasm about extending the collaboration.

“Richard Childress Racing has been an incredible partner to us for the past two years, and we’re thrilled to be able to extend our partnership,”

Morgan said.

“RCR and their drivers share the same values and passion that we do as a firm in giving back to the community, and we’re excited to continue to work together. We know that Kyle has some of the best fans in NASCAR, and we’re excited to see him continuing to represent Morgan & Morgan on the track beginning with Darlington Raceway in August.”

Memorable moments from the partnership include last summer’s Southern 500, where Morgan & Morgan was the primary sponsor for Kyle Busch. The race featured an intense duel between Busch and Chase Briscoe, captivating fans as both drivers vied for a postseason spot in the NASCAR Cup Series’ regular-season finale.

Richard Childress, chairman and CEO of Richard Childress Racing, also highlighted the strength of the relationship.

“We pride ourselves on innovative partnerships and look forward to continuing our relationship with Morgan & Morgan,”

he said.

“The firm’s family focus and commitment to the communities they serve aligns well with the way we operate our team. We value their support and look forward to building additional success together.”

This season, Morgan & Morgan is expanding its motorsports involvement by adding actor and racer Frankie Muniz, now competing in the NASCAR Truck Series with Reaume Brothers Racing, further demonstrating the firm’s growing commitment to racing.

The upcoming Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway, scheduled for August 31, promises to spotlight the enduring partnership between Richard Childress Racing, Morgan & Morgan, and Kyle Busch. With fans eagerly awaiting Busch’s debut in the new Morgan & Morgan livery, the renewed collaboration signals continued momentum for both organizations. As RCR and its partners invest in competitive racing and community engagement, their influence within the sport and beyond appears poised to grow even stronger in the coming seasons.
