Jesse Love Set for 2026 NASCAR Cup Series Return at COTA

Jesse Love is set to compete in select NASCAR Cup Series races with Richard Childress Racing in 2026, beginning at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in March, with the return to the No. 33 entry marking a new chapter for the defending NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series champion. The Jesse Love NASCAR Cup Series effort will see C4 Energy onboard as sponsor, Andy Street returning as crew chief, and a renewed support team backing Love’s progression at the highest level.

Love’s Track Record and New Season Details

In the previous NASCAR Cup Series season, Jesse Love made five starts for two separate teams, including Beard Motorsports, where his top performance was a 24th place finish at Indianapolis. His Cup debut at Bristol saw him qualify 19th, demonstrating promise as a young competitor among established drivers. C4 Energy will continue its partnership with Love, having been featured on his car during all previous Cup starts.

According to Love,

“C4 Energy has been with me throughout many major moments in my career and I’m excited for them to be showcased on the No. 33 Chevrolet when I make my 2026 Cup Series debut next weekend at Circuit of the Americas,”

said Love. C4 Energy’s commitment reinforces their role as a key sponsor, supporting his ambitions for the new season.

Support from Richard Childress Racing

Despite not earning high-profile results during his 2025 Cup outings, Richard Childress Racing (RCR) President Mike Verlander expressed confidence in Jesse Love’s abilities and continued growth.

“Jesse Love is a talented racer who has consistently proven himself with strong on-track performance and an off-track demeanor that appeals to fans and partners,”

Mike Verlander said, highlighting Love’s appeal and professionalism both in and out of the car.

Verlander further emphasized the team’s dedication to nurturing Love’s career, stating,

“We’re proud of his development over the past few years and look forward to helping him compete at the highest levels of our sport alongside C4 Ultimate Energy.”

With Andy Street set to return as crew chief, RCR is positioning its young driver for success with experienced leadership and organizational resources.

The 2026 COTA Campaign and Livery Reveal

The partnership with C4 Energy is central to Love’s 2026 campaign, symbolized by their branding on the No. 33 Chevrolet for the COTA race. The March event will serve both as Love’s season debut and as another test of his growth within the Cup Series. RCR and C4 Energy are expected to unveil more details about the race livery and program as the date approaches.
