Nikki Bella Shines at Cup Series Championship Race Emceeing

Nikki Bella Shines at Cup Series: The 2023 NASCAR Cup Series championship will culminate this Sunday, November 5, at Phoenix Raceway. A notable presence will grace the event, as former WWE Star Nikki Bella has been selected to introduce the four championship contenders before the pivotal race.

NASCAR and Phoenix Raceway jointly announced on Monday, October 30, that WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Garcia, widely recognized as Nikki Bella, will serve as the ‘guest emcee’ for the Cup Series championship race.

Latasha Causey, the President of Phoenix Raceway, expressed her excitement about having Nikki Bella as the emcee for the marquee event of the Cup Series season. “We’re thrilled to have the dazzling Nikki Garcia introduce each of the Championship 4 drivers,” Causey said in a press release. “Her infectious energy will surely fire up our fans and set the stage for an electrifying end to the 2023 season.”

Nikki Bella, known for her tenure as the sport’s longest-reigning Divas champion, was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2020. Currently, she serves as the host of the popular celebrity game show, Barmageddon, on USA Network.

The NASCAR championship weekend at Phoenix Raceway kicks off with a double-header on Friday, November 3, featuring the ARCA Menards Series West championship race and the Truck Series championship race. The Xfinity Series will conclude its season on Saturday, November 4, leading up to the highly anticipated season finale for the Cup Series, scheduled at 3 pm ET on Sunday, November 5.

Before the championship race, guest emcee Nikki Bella will introduce the four title contenders: Kyle Larson, William Byron, Christopher Bell, and Ryan Blaney. Nikki Bella’s presence at Phoenix Raceway promises to bring heightened attention to the Cup Series finale, adding an extra layer of excitement to the race.

In the context of the championship, NASCAR Hall of Famer Rick Hendrick shared his insights, emphasizing the series’ effort to level the playing field with the introduction of the next-gen car. Hendrick noted, “I think this shows that there are probably 10 or 15 guys out there in the right position who could be in this playoff, be one of the guys in the final four.” He highlighted how the new cars equalize the field, enabling various organizations to excel on any given day. Hendrick also acknowledged the impact of single-source suppliers, ensuring that teams are operating virtually identical cars. This initiative, according to Hendrick, aligns with the desires of NASCAR, its fans, and Jim France, ultimately promoting a more competitive and diverse racing environment.
