The brand’s foray into the Cup scene commenced back in 2008 with Haas CNC Racing and burgeoned in 2010 with a significant sponsorship of Kevin Harvick in American motorsport’s top tier.
By 2012, the renowned made-to-order pizza brand had forged a partnership with Richard Childress Racing, sponsoring Elliott Sadler’s #2 Chevrolet Impala at Chicagoland Speedway. Beyond a singular event, Hunt Brothers Pizza maintained an associate sponsorship with the RCR team throughout the entire season.
Their reach extended beyond the Cup Series, venturing into the NASCAR Nationwide Series and Craftsman Truck Series alongside Kevin Harvick Inc. This collaboration culminated in an impressive 13 combined victories across all three series, notably clinching the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series owner’s championship.
Intriguingly, the 2012 season marked Hunt Brothers Pizza’s fifth year as a NASCAR sponsor. The U.S.-based fast-food brand continued their support, serving as an associate sponsor for Harvick in the 2014 Cup Series and as a primary sponsor for his JR Motorsports Xfinity entry.
Upon Harvick’s retirement, the pizza giant shifted alliances, redirecting their sponsorship to Team Penske.
Recent news from Team Penske revealed Hunt Brothers Pizza’s new collaboration with two-time Cup Series champion Joey Logano for selected races in the upcoming 2024 season. Additionally, the brand will feature as an associate sponsor for reigning champion Ryan Blaney. However, specific race details are pending announcement.
