Penske Entertainment President, Mark Miles, headed to the West Coast last Thursday (December 14) to advance negotiations for the next IndyCar television contract. Miles intends to unveil IndyCar’s new media rights deal before the 108th Indianapolis 500 in May, sharing that the current arrangement involves NBC, covering a significant part of the schedule on various platforms.

While NBC’s coverage meets their criteria, Miles confirmed interest from several networks, including The CW and FOX, the latter with a long-standing NASCAR history, continuing in NASCAR’s new media rights package.
