Garage 66 NASCAR Partnership Expands with New 2026 Deal

The Garage 66 NASCAR partnership is set for another exciting year as Southern Tier Security, Inc., a professional security company based in Olean, New York, renews its support for the team during the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series. This newly expanded agreement ensures the security provider will serve as both a primary and associate sponsor for multiple races next season.

Expanded Sponsorship and Race Lineup

Southern Tier Security’s renewed commitment features primary sponsorship for two prominent events, with their branding front and center on the No. 66 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. These flagship races include the May 10 event at Watkins Glen International and an August 15 appearance at Richmond Raceway. While Josh Bilicki has been confirmed to drive at Watkins Glen, Garage 66 has not yet announced a driver for Richmond.

In addition to these major appearances, Southern Tier Security will support Garage 66 as an associate sponsor for five more races throughout 2026. The company’s logo and backing will be seen at Daytona in February, Charlotte in May, Bristol in September, the Charlotte ROVAL in October, and Talladega later that same month. This expanded partnership further integrates Southern Tier Security into the action-packed schedule of the NASCAR Cup Series, North America’s most-watched motorsport series.

Driver and Team Updates for 2026

Josh Bilicki, recognized for his road racing expertise and a key member of Garage 66, will again take the wheel at Watkins Glen in the Southern Tier Security Ford Mustang Dark Horse. Bilicki, who began competing with the team in 2024, has started in 10 Cup Series events with Garage 66, notably achieving a 21st-place finish at the Chicago Street Race earlier this summer. The organization plans to announce additional drivers for races such as Richmond, keeping fans anticipating the next updates.

Carl Long, owner of Garage 66, has shaped the team’s NASCAR Cup Series journey since 2017, originally launching as MBM Motorsports. With close to 150 starts at the sport’s top tier, the organization has earned multiple top-20 finishes, including successes at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Talladega Superspeedway, and with driver Casey Mears at Talladega in the previous fall season.

Statements from Both Partners Highlight Shared Values

The partnership is seen as a natural fit, bringing together the core principles of both organizations. Michael Schneider, President of Southern Tier Security, Inc., expressed optimism about the relationship, stating,

“We are very happy to partner with Carl and his team,”

“Southern Tier Security partnering with Garage 66 for seven Cup races in 2026 is invigorating for our race team,”

“I am thankful they recognized the value our team provides in the most-viewed motorsport series in North America. Josh [Bilicki] will again do a great job for them this season when we return to Watkins Glen, and I look forward to carrying this momentum throughout our schedule together.”

Looking Ahead to the Upcoming NASCAR Season

With Southern Tier Security reinforcing its partnership, Garage 66 is well-positioned for a dynamic 2026 season, with a strong presence planned across several major NASCAR Cup Series events. As further driver announcements and race details emerge, fans can expect to see the collaborative efforts of Long’s team and their veteran partners make a notable impact on the circuit. The continued alignment of values and competitive spirit between Southern Tier Security and Garage 66 reflects the enduring appeal and energy of NASCAR’s top-level racing.
