Brennan Poole Joins Alpha Prime: Alpha Prime Racing proudly announces that Brennan Poole will take on the challenge of the full-time driver role in the No. 44 Chevy Camaro for the upcoming 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season.
Hailing from The Woodlands, TX, Poole brings a wealth of experience with over 120 Xfinity Series starts, including one pole position, nine top-five finishes, and 37 top-10 finishes. His track record includes qualifying for the Xfinity Series Playoffs in 2016 and 2017, achieving a career-best 6th place in Driver Points standings. Poole has also made his mark in the NASCAR Cup Series with 42 starts and a notable 9th place finish in 2020.
In the 2023 season, Poole demonstrated his skills driving full-time for JD Motorsports, finishing 24th in points and securing a top-5 finish at Talladega Superspeedway. Additionally, he made appearances in the NASCAR Cup Series for Rick Ware Racing.
Expressing his anticipation for the upcoming season, Poole stated, “I already can’t wait for the season to start because I’m looking forward to working with such great people and partners. I’m so honored for the opportunity to run the 44 and thankful to the sponsors who are supporting the team this season.”
Poole’s 2024 campaign will receive strong backing from longstanding partners Macc Door Systems and Finance Pro Plus. Finance Pro Plus will serve as the primary sponsor for 20 events and an associate sponsor for 13, while Macc Doors will take the lead in 10 races with 23 associate sponsorships.
In addition to his on-track responsibilities, Brennan will continue co-hosting the Eric Estepp’s “Out of the Groove Power Hour Podcast” throughout the 2024 season.
APR Owner and General Manager Tommy Joe Martins expressed his excitement about landing Poole, stating, “We just landed one of the best drivers in the series.
