Mason Maggio will compete part-time in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series during the 2026 season, driving for DGM Racing. The partnership marks a new chapter for the team and for Maggio, who will take the wheel of the No. 91 car, starting with the season opener at Daytona International Speedway, and embodies the continued growth of Mason Maggio NASCAR DGM Racing connections.

Maggio Set for Part-Time Campaign with DGM Racing

DGM Racing announced that Mason Maggio will join their lineup by piloting the No. 91 in select races throughout the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. Maggio’s first outing is confirmed for Daytona International Speedway in the premier event of the season, though details regarding the remaining races on his schedule have not yet been released.

In the previous season (2025), Maggio competed in 12 O’Reilly Series events, including a notable drive with DGM Racing at Talladega Superspeedway, where he finished 22nd. Maggio also made appearances with MBM Motorsports during that season.

Beyond the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, Maggio broadened his experience by participating in six NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races, representing Team Reaume and Hettinger Racing. This diverse set of experiences highlights Maggio’s adaptability and commitment to his racing career.

Team and Driver Express Optimism for 2026

As anticipation builds for the new season, both team and driver are displaying enthusiasm about the collaboration’s potential.

“I’m super excited and thankful for the opportunity to be driving for DGM Racing in 2026,”

Maggio shared, expressing his gratitude.

“It is really cool to be able to have the Florida driver work with the Florida team on a regular basis next year. A huge thanks to the entire team, my family, partners and fans for their support and making this possible. I’m really looking forward to a great season in the inaugural NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series!”

He emphasized the significance of collaborating with a Florida-based organization while looking ahead to a promising season.

Team owner Mario Gosselin also voiced his excitement regarding Maggio’s addition:

“We’re excited to welcome another driver from the Sunshine State to our racing family!”

“Mason is a young, eager driver who isn’t afraid to put in the work to grow on and off track. His demeanor and professionalism at such a young age are refreshing, and I am impressed with his work ethic and willingness to learn.”

Gosselin’s remarks point to the optimism and high expectations the team has for Maggio’s progression on and off the track.

DGM Racing’s Plans for the Upcoming Season

The announcement of Maggio as the first confirmed driver for the No. 91 car marks a significant development for DGM Racing. In 2025, the No. 91 saw various competitors take the helm over the full season, and the organization is continuing that approach for 2026. Additionally, the team previously revealed that Josh Williams will compete full-time in the No. 92 car, reinforcing DGM’s commitment to fielding competitive teams in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.

As the 2026 season approaches, the partnership between Maggio and DGM Racing underscores the ongoing talent development within the series. Fans and observers alike can look forward to new storylines and exciting competition—particularly as Mason Maggio, Josh Williams, and the rest of the DGM Racing team prepare to contend on tracks like Daytona International Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway. This continued collaboration not only benefits the racers but also adds depth and local pride for Florida’s motorsports community, as both Maggio and team owner Mario Gosselin hail from the Sunshine State.
