Alex Labbe is set to compete in all road course events for the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, rejoining SS-GreenLight Racing at their Mooresville, North Carolina, base. Labbe will drive the No. 0 Chevrolet, aiming to further his impressive record on NASCAR’s most challenging courses next season.
Labbe to Race Select Venues on the 2026 Schedule
Labbe’s contract with SS-GreenLight Racing includes driving at several key dates and locations in 2026. He will be behind the wheel for the Feb. 28 race at Circuit of the Americas, May 9 at Watkins Glen, June 20 in San Diego, June 27 in Sonoma, and Oct. 10 at the Charlotte Roval. The No. 0 Chevrolet replaces the former No. 14 designation for these events. His focus remains squarely on delivering strong results at these diverse and highly anticipated venues.
Recent Performance and Strong Road Course Credentials
As a leading talent among road racers in the NASCAR series, Labbe has achieved three top-15 finishes on road courses, highlighted by his performance at Circuit of the Americas. There, he completed more green flag overtakes than any other competitor, scored stage points in both segments, and finished 14th overall.
“I’m really excited to be staying with SS-Greenlight. We have had some great runs over the year and I’m looking forward to building on that with some good runs this year,”
Labbe said.
Labbe began working with SS-GreenLight Racing in 2023, after establishing a strong foundation with DGM Racing from 2018 to 2022. During that time, he notched a top-five at the Charlotte Roval and collected 13 top-10 finishes, with half of those results earned on road courses—demonstrating his consistent skill across multiple challenging layouts.

Team Background and Recent Partnership
SS-GreenLight Racing was founded in 2001 by former NASCAR driver Bobby Dotter. Since its inception, the organization has celebrated notable achievements, such as a victory with Cole Custer at Auto Club Speedway in 2022. Labbe’s most active year in the NOAPS competition came in 2022, when he started 26 out of 33 races—a higher total than the previous three years combined.
Labbe and SS-GreenLight’s continued partnership into 2026 marks the fourth consecutive season he will serve as their choice for road course events. This sustained collaboration underlines the team’s confidence in his abilities and their shared drive for competition at the highest level.
“We are so excited to have Alex back in the car next year. He has brought so much to our program and we can’t wait to build on the successes we have had in the past,”
Labbe said.
Other Notable Results and Future Plans
In addition to his road course achievements, Labbe’s history includes strong showings at tracks like Talladega and Daytona. At Daytona in February 2020, he recorded DGM Racing’s single-race high for laps led, guiding the field for 19 of 120 laps. For the 2025 season, he again posted three top-15 finishes in road course events with SS-GreenLight Racing, reinforcing his reputation as a reliable competitor.
Looking ahead, details regarding Labbe’s sponsors for the 2026 campaign are expected soon. He is set to share the No. 0 Chevrolet with Garrett Smithley, who has been named the principal driver for next year’s NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series schedule. Labbe’s return is regarded as a significant move by the team as they strive for further success on NASCAR’s diverse and competitive road courses.
