He was born on April 23, 1990 in Welcome, North Caroline, U.S. His family has a very rich legacy deeply rooted in NASCAR. He attended High Point University part-time. He also competed in the Little League World Series in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
In 2017, he got married to his long-time girlfriend, a previous NFL cheerleader, Whitney Ward. Together they have a son born on 14th June, 2020.
